Hello and welcome…I’m Paula and my beauty salon in Inverurie is all about positivity, trust and comfort.
I was born in Forres and did my diploma in beauty therapy in Aberdeen, following which I learned some skills for 3 years in a little salon in Elgin. At age 21, I moved back to Aberdeen and was at a salon in Cults where, in 12 months, I gained such a respect and understanding of building rapport with clients. I built on that knowledge at a high-profile salon in the city for 16 years where I was a lead therapist with a team of 4 or 5.
I cherish and value how my clients have always supported me through my journey in life and in business – I feel empowered they believe in me, so I always ensure I go the extra mile and do that wee bit more that clients don’t expect.
Beauty therapy is all about trust and relationship building. It’s taken me years to build such a fantastic clientele over 30 years.
Thankfully, I still have some amazing clients from the first salon I worked at in the 90’s which just reinforces the importance of growing and nurturing relationships with people.
My salon is located on 39a west high street where I offer services such as:
waxing
massage
facials
lash lifting/tinting
manicure/pedicure.
I make sure my ethos and the service I try to offer always align. It helps being able to provide a personal 1-to-1 service almost like a trusted friend with my reputation staked on solidifying the trust others have shown by referring.
I appreciate having clients come from all over and of all ages, from 14 years old to 80: I enjoy the diversity of it.
