trust & relationships

It’s all about trust and relationship building; it’s taken me years to build such a fantastic clientele having been in the industry for 30 years.

As a person and as a beauty therapist, making sure I stick to my ethos is essential.

That means, making sure my clients are comfortable, relaxed and confident in the knowledge that my services can help them. I’ve been fortunate to grow my expertise for thirty years and develop very high standards in the treatments I provide, the products I use and the experience my clients receive.

I am inspired and devoted to my fantastic clientele; I still have ladies under my care who I saw in my first salon in the ninety’s. That’s what my beauty therapy entails – growing, nurturing and supporting you before you come visit, when you’re in my treatment room and providing you with important after-care.

My journey in life and beauty therapy has made me stronger. Be it illness or time off for family commitments, having trust in my clients and my ethos was crucial. I cherish and value how the relationships I’ve built have supported me through and vice-versa I feel empowered when clients believe in me, so I always ensure I go the extra mile and do that wee bit more that clients don’t expect. I always make sure I add a wee touch.

The beauty industry is huge and has it flaws but, for me, it is about helping, recommending and supporting people to provide a tailored solution for them.
